Package Menus & Pricing at the Newberry Firehouse
Package menus include not just the listed food items, but also iced tea, the facility fee, gratuity, taxes, table linens, dinnerware, and even use of the dance floor! Have an Outside Caterer in Mind? No Problem!
We often receive requests to use a caterer not included on our list for special events. Outside caterers are allowed, but must be licensed businesses familiar with the Newberry Firehouse Conference Center and its policies.
Caterers must be approved by Newberry Firehouse Conference Center management prior to the event and sign an agreement that they will follow the rules and procedures set by the NFCC.
They must also provide a valid and up-to-date City of Newberry Business License, Proof of Insurance naming the City of Newberry as an additional insured, and take a pre-event building and facility walk-through.
